 No — we bake with high-quality ingredients and keep things as natural as possible. That’s why our products have a shorter shelf life compared to supermarket brands. 

While we recommend enjoying them fresh, they can be frozen. Ensure they are wrapped and securely stored in an airtight, freezer friendly container. Thaw at room temperature and consume within 1 day.

Yes! We offer pick up in Clyde North. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready to be collected.

We offer local delivery in South East Melbourne for a fee. We also offer shipping across Australia.

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 48 hours as we bake everything fresh.  Delivery times vary by location. If you require urgent delivery please contact us before placing your order to see what we can do to help.

If something’s not right, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos if possible. We’ll make it right in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Yes! Whether it’s for a celebration, corporate event, or gift boxes, we’d love to help. We require a minimum of 4 weeks for custom or bulk orders. Please contact us directly for custom orders or bulk orders.
